Stock Transfer Instructions
For donors wanting to make their gift with stock, the directions are as follows:
- Type a note to your Broker stating the specific security and the number of shares to transfer to the 12th Man Foundation.
- Send a copy of the same note to the 12th Man Foundation, fax (979) 846-2445 Attn.: Randy Howard or email randy@12thmanfoundation.com
- Send the note with a copy of these instructions to your Broker.
- Expect a confirmation of your gift within 2-3 weeks of your request. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation in that time.
- Your gift amount will be based on the average of the high and the low for the stock on the day that it is received in our account.
