Thursday

Welcome Reception
5 - 9 p.m.

Surfs Up! Grab your flip flops and join us on our own beach boardwalk as we kick off the weekend. Travel back in time with our favorite beach tunes and enjoy catching up with your fellow Ambassadors. Bring your swim suits -- we'll have private use of the Forest Deck pool!

Includes dinner, tea and lemonade. Cash bar.


Friday

Athletic Ambassador Golf Tournament
7:30 - 8:15 a.m. Breakfast, Golf Pavilion
8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Tournament, Panther Trail Course
1 - 2 p.m. Lunch and Awards, Vista Dining Lounge

Entry fee is $150 per player and includes breakfast, lunch, greens fees, and cart.

Topgolf
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Try your golf skills with an afternoon of fun at Topgolf in Spring, Texas. We'll depart the hotel by bus at 10:30 a.m. for the 20 minute ride to Topgolf. Enjoy 3 hours of golfing games and lunch. We'll depart Topgolf at 2 p.m. to return to the hotel.

Cost is $100 per person and includes transportation by private coach, Topgolf fees, lunch, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Painting with a Twist
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Lakeside Room

Create a work of art with our Painting with a Twist class! Enjoy step-by-step instructions to create your own painting and take your artwork home with you!

Cost is $85 per person and includes painting class, all materials, lunch and non-alcoholic beverages.

Aggie Combine
5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Outdoor Lawn

Compete to impress our coaches and student-athletes at the Aggie Combine! Try out the football toss, test the speed of your pitch, score a goal, and more! Our student-athletes will host each event and coach you on form and style. The Aggie Combine is a great opportunity to snap photos and get autographs from your favorite Aggie athlete. The student-athletes will share their picks for top performers at dinner.

Dinner

The Grand Ballroom

Join our Aggie coaches, student-athletes, and former players for dinner while taking a stroll down memory lane at our Aggie Memorabilia museum.

Cost is $100 for adults and $50 for children under 10 and includes dinner, tea and lemonade, and two drink tickets per adult.

Kick off the morning with a breakfast buffet before the Business Meeting.

Rockin' Through the Ages Dinner and Dance

Grand Ballroom

Dress in your favorite decade fashion from the 50s to 80s! Join us for dinner and dancing to the music of The Drywater Band, learn to do the electric slide and more!

Kids are invited -- we'll have a kid-friendly area with pinball, air hockey, Guitar Hero and more plus a kids-only buffet!

Event is free for each ambassador and one guest; additional guests may join for $125. Kids are $35 each.

Dinner, dessert, water, tea, lemonade and coffee included. Cash bar.
