The 12th Man Student Foundation is a group of student leaders who promote the 12th Man Foundation and support Aggie Athletics. Student Foundation members believe that athletics are incredibly important to the future and legacy of Texas A&M, and they are committed to making our Texas A&M University the best that it can be. Members work to achieve this goal through assisting the 12th Man Foundation in promoting Aggie Athletics through fundraising, socials, and supportive functions.
The 12th Man Student Foundation Council works closely with the 12th Man Foundation to plan and provide exclusive opportunities for the students to contribute to the betterment of Texas A&M through athletic support. A few examples of this include the annual golf tournament and the sale of 12th Man towels before all home football games. Through fundraisers like these, the Student Foundation has assisted in funding major projects such as the renovations of Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park and the RC Slocum Dining Hall, as well as the updating of technology at the Center for Student Athletic Services.
The 12th Man Student Foundation has several opportunities for students to get to participate in Aggie Athletics including socials and road trips.
Applications to join the Student Foundation are accepted at the beginning of each fall semester. Applicants are available at the 12th Man Office in the Zone at Kyle Field.
