receive exclusive footage of each Texas A&M football game,
footage that isn't available from any other source.

Donor Agreement
Donor(s) agree to adhere to and abide by all rules and regulations concerning
intercollegiate athletics promulgated by the National Collegiate Athletic
Association ("NCAA"), the Big 12 Conference ("Big 12"),
and Texas A&M University (the "University"). Should questions
arise concerning the various rules and regulations, Donor(s) acknowledge
that he/she should contact the University Athletic Compliance Office
at (979) 845-1904. Donor(s) agree that should Donor(s) be found by the
NCAA, the Big 12, or the University to have violated, knowingly or without
regard for same, one of their rules or regulations and is/are disassociated
from the University athletic program and its activities, Donor(s) shall
be expelled as a member of the 12th Man Foundation and shall forfeit
all benefits and privileges thereunto (including the right to receive
tickets and parking to specified athletic events) until the end of the
period of disassociation and subsequent reinstatement by the Foundation.
TAX STATEMENT
If your contribution includes an option to purchase tickets, 80% of
your donation is tax deductible. If your contribution does not include
an option to purchase tickets, 100% is tax deductible, with one exception.
Video contributions are deductible in the amount of $85. 12th Man Magazine
is valued at $20. Consult your tax advisor to see how tax laws apply
to your particular gifts.
