Summer Meeting

12th Man Foundation donors at the MVP level or higher receive an invitation to the 12th Man Foundation Summer Meeting. The Summer Meeting is a convention-style event celebrating your loyal support to Texas A&M Athletics featuring student-athletes, head coaches, athletics department and 12th Man Foundation staff.

Important Update on 2020 12th Man Foundation Summer Meeting

Dear Donors,

One of our most anticipated events each year is the 12th Man Foundation Summer Meeting.

Since 1979 the Summer Meeting has stood out as an annual tradition to gather with fellow Aggies and celebrate our shared passion for Texas A&M Athletics.

While we remain encouraged by the progress in the fight against COVID-19 and optimistic for the return of students and events to campus this fall, the 12th Man Foundation has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Summer Meeting. Following much discussion, it has been determined that it is not in the best interest of our donors, coaches, student-athletes and staff to meet in person as planned.

Since we will be unable to convene June 25-28 at the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio, our staff will host a series of virtual events highlighting the positive impact donors are making on Texas A&M Athletics and in the lives of our amazing student-athletes. We will provide additional details in the coming weeks as we look forward to honoring your commitment to the past and future success of Texas A&M Athletics.
